Her knowledge of a vast number of titles left students
in amazement as this well-read speaker had kids
begging for more. Many genres were covered as well
as some of the most well liked authors. Door prizes
were given as students participated during her
presentation which afforded some of the kids a book

teachers frantically did the same.
“She was really prepared and gave our students a

Mrs. Mona Hahn reported, “I was scrambling to write
down everything she was suggesting as I am always
looking for more good books to read!”
Students congregated in the halls afterward comparing
lists. Some crowded around Mrs. Spencer to try and
ask her more questions about a book that was

for the next six-weeks! There’s like six books I want
to read now!”
The Milton family appreciates and thanks Mrs. Rosalyn
Spencer for donating her day to our students. This
was such an important day for our kids as our students
are always looking for the next best book! If there is
anyone interested in looking at a list of titles
recommended by our guest speaker, see your language
