Our 8th grade computer lit class is designed to gradually introduce the skills necessary to learn the
fundamentals of what computers are and how they can be used, including how to access and use the Internet.
At the end of each lesson there is a summary of the chapter. There are also review questions, including
multiple-choice, true-false, and short answer.
Students need to review the powerpoints below as we discuss each lesson. The powerpoints are designed so that
the students do not have to carry the book home on a nightly basis.
Students will be tested on vocabulary, topics from the lesson, and short answer questions that deal with each
lesson.
